Extremely suspicious and fraudulent company. Essentially being a new customer with welcome bonus issues means you literally cannot contact support because your account "is too new".

This damn company is a scam. I downloaded it 2 weeks ago. Uploaded documents and deposited money. They locked me out immediately after depositing money. 2 weeks of calling and emailing and chat assistance to no resolution at all. Account locked till now. They kept promising 24hrs then 48 hrs. It's been 2 weeks and nothing now. Money locked in that damn app. I'm starting to believe it's a ponzi

Live casino bet rejected but no refund as yet . Well feeling disappointed with written this review as love playing on this site and have won alot of money and withdrawal have been within 24hours on large amounts. All the bad reviews on they dont pay out is unfair as they do as fast as they can and does depend if your account has been reviewed with documents etc. On friday the live casino bets were getting rejected but not getting money back to balance so £175 in 2 hands which were 1 draw =£50 and 1 =£125 on dragon which won =£250 but balance says =£0. They no about system issue and say they will email people when resolved but am thinking 1000s of people maybe looking to get refund of stakes back but this could take weeks which is very disappointing. Should have noticed the issue faster in my opinion. A dont want to have to wait weeks for my funds and hopefully they dont just hope people will forget about it.

I replied to the email they sent, and once again, the bot responded. I have two pending withdrawals of more than €50 that I haven't received, and I would at least like a response. Edit: After changing the withdrawal method, I have now received the money I was owed, Even so, I stand by mi opinión regarding the support. Players deserve clear answers and timely settlements — not endless delays and scripted responses. I am demanding immediate settlement of my bets and a full written explanation for this unacceptable delay. If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the matter to the relevant gambling authority and continue sharing my experience publicly.
