Terrible communication . Family have used this app for years in the past but unfortunately when issues arise, they’re never really solved. Communication is important but sadly it is very bad with this site. I’ll take my chances elsewhere
Very disappointed. The back and forth emails are frustrating, how can you not have one specific agent dealing with an issue instead of having multiple people handle the matter only to ask for an explanation again. Communication is horrific and not dealt with in a timely matter. Automated replies are just as frustrating. Online chat does nothing to resolve the matter either

I believe this site is acting in a…. I believe this site is acting in a scamming way for over 2 months I’ve been trying to resolve a issue. I don’t recieve or am allowed to opt in to promos or get bonuses after deposits or after spends which they offer on there promo page I’m owed numerous bonuses have deposited significant funds can not access the daily free spin. Was told 2 months ago the problem was moved to a priority and will be resolved in 48hrs. Now today been told it’s still not sorted don’t know when it will be sorted and they they will notify when it is. I have given you a photo/copy of my passport, 2 letters of proof of address, you have my bank account details. Now you're requesting a copy of my bank statement, really why is this required? That's a personal document that contains my private financial details. Your quick to take money but you then put blockers to withdraw any money! What I have given should be more than enough to prove my identity and my home address. I use other online casinos and none of them request a copy of my banking statements. I'm not comfortable giving you or anyone else for that matter a copy of a personal bank statement! As for your chat system, It doesn't work as soon as I mention the issue it withdrawal..... It's ridiculous! I made a withdrawal on the 31st of February and until now I have not received the funds! Withholding winnings . My objection to upload sensitive documents was not dealt with in a timely manner. I’m chasing a pending transaction via bank transfer. Seems like the site is happy to withhold funds from their “customers” Poor customer service that ignored my request with this matter to date.
