They misplaced their odds at 2.62, so I staked £34 to win £89 then a day later, they limited me and changed the odd to 1.18 so the winning was only £40, so they took £49 off me , what a joke.

Hello again, despite this email confiring my account is verified and ready, its not and yur chat help is useless appart from saying my account isnt verified. Opening an account with Ladbrookes is like taking a mortgage. Hours and Hours emails, then I deposit money but I cant bet. Makes me wonder if this gets delayed enough to not get free bets. No proper customer support unless its a weekday. Its no wonder forums say Ladbrookes Customer Service is bad. I set up an account and bet with Sky Bet in minutes. I think you should send staff over to Sky to understand how to help and support customers. Terrible service when obviously have no communication between departments.
