They closed my account and demanded all sorts of id checks and bank details. I sent them the details and still not heard back. They have essentially stolen my money because i won. Scam?. I signed up and played for 4 days. Won small amounts of money. Withdrew my winnings which I didn't receive and my account was closed by Virgin Games. Spoke with them, my account needed to be verified by sending them my bank statement, bank details, a selfie photo of me holding my driving licence with today's date outside of my house showing my door number. They finally verified my account after 72 hours and gave me my winnings and they sent me an email stating my account will remain closed and I will never be allowed to open an account with them again....why? Because I won £10 and withdrew it? Worse site ever.

appalling returns There is something very wrong with this site. I have been playing the same game for weeks..£1000's deposited, 1000's of pure empty spins and 1000's more returning way below stake.
