I went in at signed up at 8:00.5 minutes and approved. Then deposited $400 got $400 match. Wanted to place a bet and s little slots. Was trying to make a bet. Kept saying insufficient funds, but said $800. Start a chat with customer service. 1:32 minutes later. I'm told I can only use my money on a handful of crappy slots, no sports betting. Even after I went through the $400 bonus which popped you have played your bonus. And still could only play a handful of crappy games. $800 gone in 15 minutes. Stay away!

They can restrict your account for no reason at all and then you get the run around on getting a answer why and have to wait for them to review your account, I won't be wasting my money on them anymore

I was an active player for almost two years and deposited well over 1500 euros. When their incorrectly settled bet was corrected after I reached out eith proof. What in the world?! I had an error creating my account. Went to create a new one - said I had one. Customer service said my account was closed due to their terms and conditions!? I asked why... he said "we have the right to close an account at any time". SAY WHAT?! I didnt have an account. No email confirmation. NOTHING! Bet365 are complete crooks. Each and every bet I have put in on several different sporting events, Bet365 offer near 50% less as a PayOut option, even though my team will be in a winning position. Most often they will reduce the payout to almost 80% of the bet, within seconds. I will never use this App again and recommend that No One ever use BET365. Complete thieves!

I have been a victim of this scam and lost up to $305k. All my life i've always been looking for ways to invest and save money, so as to retire early. I was looking at the horses running at Limerick today and saw Bet365 were offering odds of 831/1 on a horse in the 2.35 so I put £5 to win on it. The bet was accepted and I stood to win £4,070 if the horse won which it duly did. Bet365 sent me a message 20 minutes after the race to say the odds were wrong on the bet and were only going to pay me odds of 10/11. As far as I'm concerned by accepting the bet they entered into a contract with me which they are now reneging on. I am challenging them but wanted to put this out if anybody else has suffered also. Experience with B365 ~10 years. Last 12 months felt like they tried to be my bank manager. Wanted salary, financials, and their KYC process also wanted my passport number. Locked me out when I refused. Not sure who they think they are! I'll miss some of their betting products but not their over-controlling

So bet365 is an absolute scam, I won £10, then won a further £20, and within seconds, the money disappeared and only left with £7. I was advised by Ali P that I would hear back once they had looked into it within 24 hours. Tonight I asked what was going on and spoke to Sammy M who advised me that the review had been looked at and that they will not refund me any money, unless I accept responsibility, in which i declined as i was not at fault. So I'm down £20. After questioning and asking for a refund, they would not refund me and closed the conversation! I don't play on it very often and when I did, they took my money and won't refund me.
