Most probably the people working for Tombola. I could laugh at the positive reviews and the customary reply. Im leaving AVOID AVOID AVOID. Used to be good but since flutter took over they have ruined it. 1 star I give 0 stars

See previous reviews for context . A few issues still but since my last reviews a couple of things have got better. I have had a decent amount of play for my low stakes deposits for a change - felt just like the old days 🥰 I still have a CM rudeness / patronising concern - especially considering that employees and CMs are now allowed to be players (probably the main 5 star review writers) you’d think they’d be less confrontational and more sympathetic. However this last week I have noticed a significant change in the CMs tone - and they weren’t ALL rude or antagonistic - just sometimes I’d see players getting wound up unnecessarily (imo) then locked out of chat. A CM I particularly noticed this week was MiniMilk - I don’t remember all the names - but this CM was so lovely and friendly in their manner that the negativity was instantly diffused and the chatters concerned were fine and couldn’t have found offence even if they’d tried. Obviously there are situations where the chat bans are warranted but not always. Also not implying that MiniMilk was a dictator previously - I’ve only recently started watching the chat more - but from what I’ve noticed MiniMilk is a perfect example of what a CM should be. Also I had no involvement or chat personally with MiniMilk - just saw them handle a potentially fraught situation with empathy, respect and ease - which the players appreciate. My next issue is more about feedback (if tombola actually read these reviews - or just count stars 🙄). I get seriously fed up with the glitches and new games added every week to arcade. Museum Mayhem still won’t work on older iPads - games take ages to load. Last week Jungle Spins was down. I tried different devices - and via the website - same thing a few hours later, so I rang customer services after doing the delete cookies app etc. dance. I had a very frustrating experience…. I had a very frustrating experience with tombola.co.uk. I created an account, topped it up with £10 using my PayPal debit card, and spent just £1 on Bingo Lite. Immediately after, my account was disabled and I was asked to provide ID and proof of transaction in order to reactivate it. Since then I have uploaded my documents multiple times: 4 passport photos 1 bank statement showing the PayPal transaction 2 credit card statements showing my name, address and payments 2 PayPal screenshots clearly showing the Tombola top-up Despite going back and forth with customer service FOUR times, my account and documents kept getting rejected. The reason given was that staff could not match the PayPal transaction ID with my Lloyds Bank statement. Here’s the issue: when you pay using a PayPal card linked to a bank account, the bank statement shows the payment as PAYPAL — not as Tombola. The transaction details showing that the payment was made to Tombola are only visible in PayPal activity. This is basic payment processing knowledge, yet it didn’t seem to be understood. After 4 days of endless back-and-forth, I finally contacted customer support again and asked them to close my account and refund my money to the original payment method. Interestingly, they managed to do that within 5 minutes — yet somehow couldn’t figure out for four days where the £10 had come from in the first place. Overall, a complete waste of time. The verification process was unnecessarily complicated and customer support was unhelpful and frustrating to deal with.

I have been playing Februarys Free bingo, 20 games a day thats around 220 games up to now and I can't see any hope of winning anything at all, I do see the same names coming up time and again, I am not saying it's fixed but if you are going to join in, go in with extremely low expectations.

Can't leave no stars. Trying to rejoin but told I had to chat to the Safe play team. No one was available in that team! Held on for 10 mins, still no one available! Pathetic customer service by Safe play team! They're losing customers not gaining us! Stacy in customer service was great tho, kept trying to put me through but always no one available! Just received a reply email telling me they're sorry. Yeah right! Also stated they have a call back service and would call me when it's convenient for them.
