Withdrawal issue support. Had an issue with a closed loop stopping me from withdrawing but I only use the same method for depositing and withdrawing. Went to Live chat and put in my details and the issue. Once I got through to an agent called Erik he was polite and obviously read back through the details I entered as part of the AI process. He responded to say he has put in a request to fix the issue so I can withdraw and that I will receive an email once done.
