Refusing to resolve. Been a customer with WilliamHill for over 12 years. Of recent times I’ve noticed a drastic reduction in returns. But that’s how it goes, and everything I deposit I can securely lose. I do not gamble outside of my limits. However I had “ GOLD “ on Bonanza Megaways. This bonus did not trigger, I instantly went to customer services and spoke with “ SYLVIA” who had all the relevant information, she then passed me over to a manager ‘ BRENDAN’ he confirmed he seen the issue and told me it had been escalated. I waited a couple of days , still no update so thought I’d check. And sadly Sylvia and Brendan never escalated this. So again I had to pass on the information again, this time to ‘JOHNNY’ who again confirmed he seen the issue & promised me a prompt response within 24 hours. That response didn’t come. Waited 24 hours and returned. Spoke to someone named LEBRON, who told me that protocol had changed. And players must now contact gaming providers themselves, if there was any glitches or discrepancies on the game (WHAT?!!). I then demanded to speak to a manager, and that’s when I spoke to RAVEN. Who again made it clear this wasn’t escalated correctly, and therefore was passing it on. Raven provided me an escalation reference and also a complaint reference. Today I went back to WilliamHill to ask for an update, was told the update is no missing winnings or bonuses were found. Raven then confirmed they checked the date 4th of February. This did NOT happen on 4th February; after 10 minutes of no response Raven then dismissed my questions. And said unless I have screenshot images of videos of the bonus not starting, the decision will be final. (Why would I take a screenshot, when I’d have every confidence that the team would actually do their job correctly) I have played for years, especially Bonanza. This has never happened before. I have requested for a final response letter, along with findings that confirm the exact date, time and game ...

SCAMMERS …. This company will allow you to lodge money without being verified and refuse to let you submit the recommended documents to verify age/address etc, I set up an account, they let me lodge a substantial amount of money and refuse to let me verify or place a single bet. I have tried email, live chat, calling their CC line and all to no avail. Run a mile from these scammers and dont get caught like I did.

Constant ID issues!. A nightmare trying to get proof of ID passed...went round in circles then it puts you back at the login screen...try to login and it says I need to send ID again... over & over, I gave up in the end, and judging by all the other reviews on here, it was probably a blessing in disguise!!
