Hey PokerStars management, my biggest disappointment with your site was when you abandoned your effective practice of allowing players to observe tables in advance and then decide which ones to join. Your current practice, where players are randomly assigned to tables, is terrible.

Sucky service. Monthly self-imposed deposit limit not resetting, and when I try to log in to chat with costumer service it says "account not found". If it wasn't for the fact that literally every other poker app UI is worse than yours, I wouldn't even come back.
