Invested over 200 euros in a slot machine, playing maxed out on Wild6. Only once got 46 euros back on crowns. Pure scam.

10900 euro held endless verification

Scam. They avoid paying out 10,900 euros. Account restricted for no reason with additional verification demanded. Seven selfies submitted, all rejected. Endless loop.

Approved docs still no payout

Requested to withdraw 3,010 pounds on 13/1/2026. Supplied documentation approved on 17/1/2026. Still not received withdrawal as of 20/1/2026. They are crooks.

UK account is a complete scam. Created account, verified it, deposited, bet and won within first 2 weeks. Account was fully verified for gambling but then restricted after winning.

Documents rejected repeatedly UKGC fine

They demand documents I already provided, reject everything with vague excuses. Live chat 4+ hour waits then told to upload again. No real help, no escalation. Unibet got hit with 10M UKGC fine in Oct 2025.

Settlement unpaid for months

5% win rate on 200 spins

Any wins just bring balances back to deposited levels, give or take 2%. Play once a month, this is standard. Never been a win that has exceeded deposited amount regardless of how many features are active.

Casino is fake and all wins are predetermined. Cashout option is absolutely fake — 99% of time they suspend matches for 80+ minutes or delete markets entirely.

Winning bet rejected with proof

Won builder bet. Took screenshot of the stats. Even after submitting proof they still say the bet lost. They use OPTA so does Google. Still would not accept my screenshot.

Email changed lost $1500

Changed my email for withdrawals by one letter trying to be sneaky so I could no longer withdraw money. Lost my 1500 dollar withdrawal. 6 emails to customer service with no resolution.
