India support nonexistent

Very bad customer support for India. They do not ask anything while depositing but while withdrawing they bring obligations and freeze your account. Worst gaming experience.

INR confiscated 1.5 years

They confiscated my 55,000 INR, froze account, not returning money. It has been 1.5 years. Support Indian apps like Pokerbaazi and Adda52 instead.

INR withdrawal never arrived

Placed withdrawal request for 20,000 INR. Confirmation email said success but money never arrived. Support gives automated replies about timeframes. Five days for IMPS? They are not going to pay.

Years unable to reach support

Could finally contact PokerStars after account was blocked. Over the years had to create several accounts due to a problem with their contact page. Without being able to log in could never reach support.

Rewards gutted over decade

Been a customer for over 10 years. The rewards have gotten progressively worse while the rake increased. A decade of loyalty and this is what you get.

Premium hands never hold

Played 3 weeks in different tournaments. Got bad beaten on all premium hands. Pocket aces lost to 6-2 offsuit three times in one session. Just curious how people actually win here.

Game glitch during bonus round

Bought a $35 buy pass for free spins bonus round. Game glitched right in the middle. Support blamed my internet connection. Never had issues on any other site.

Casino slots eat deposits

Deposited 6 times of 100 euros in 3 days on casino side. Most I managed to win back was about 40 euros before losing again. Wagered thousands and got nothing meaningful back.

Low deposit limits high rake

Will not let you deposit more than $200 a month but expects you to play $10K live tournaments. The bad beats are constant. You only have to be one-outered five times in a row to understand something is off.

Bots and rigged hands

At first nothing to complain about, but once you win some money you experience the worst luck. Clearly bot players who go all in with garbage hands and end up with incredible holdings every time.

RTP changed for the worse

Been using PokerStars for years and something has definitely changed. RTP is way off on the casino side. Customer support is below average at best. Not even entertaining to play here anymore.

They let you deposit without any verification but the moment you try to withdraw they lock everything down. This is by design — trap your money first, then create impossible hurdles to get it back.

Account frozen for no reason with no live chat to help. Many users report it takes weeks just to get someone to answer. Your money will be locked with no recourse.

Absurd ID selfie requirement

They asked me to take a photo holding my ID close to my face. Ridiculous requirements with no end. The overwhelming complaints online speak for themselves.

Account frozen after deposit

My account was restricted immediately after depositing money. Created new account after losing access to old one. They froze all funds and stopped responding. No phone support, no escalation path. Unacceptable for a UKGC-licensed operator.
