Enhanced odds don’t always apply

Enhanced odds don’t always apply. Been a customer for years. Opted into a promotion for enhanced odds but was not eligible as placed the bet a few days before the promotion appeared on their app. Complained to customer services and had my account suspended. Will be taking my business elsewhere
